Learning and Creativity was started as an online one stop resource to inspire learning and creativity in children, teens and adults. Ever since its inception on 1 August 2013; Learning and Creativity has received countless inspiring stories, heart-rendering poems, in-depth movie reviews, interesting travelogues, colorful illustrations by kids and so much more.
Learning & Creativity prides itself for featuring the noteworthy works of such literary powerhouses as Lopa Banerjee, Ramendra Kumar, Dr Ampat Varghese Koshy, Maitreyee Bhattacharjee Chowdhury, Santosh Bakaya, Sanjeev Sethi and many others, while regularly encouraging and publishing emerging writers, poets and artists.
Our one of the most popular sections – Literature DIY offers budding writers and students a glimpse into rich literary criticism and critical essays that broaden their horizons and open new ways to interpret and analyze literature. Learning & Creativity has become a huge platform especially for literary students and budding writers to read and discuss literature, gain appreciation for different literary genres, and understand various theories of interpretation.
Our literature section is replete with engaging short stories, persuasive opinions, poems and what not! People have been telling stories since the beginning of time. Our Women’ Specials section cover the soulful poems on mothers and works that capture the indomitable spirit of womanhood. Then there is Poetry Month Special that includes beautiful collection of poetic works by brilliant poets and contributors.
That’s not all! L & C also features fine photography captured through the lens of skilled and amateur photographers. In August 2016, Learning & Creativity would be completing its three years and during this time our online journal which was started as an online platform to encourage learning and creativity in kids and adults; has grown in leaps and bounds.
Our mission is to continue to discover more creative talents, publish their works, share their stories and more. Most of all, we hope to make Learning & Creativity a beautiful platform to share and discover budding and professional writers and artists.
The online magazines have a reputation for fleeting existence – here today, gone tomorrow. Learning & Creativity was started with a huge bang three years back. Limited resources, small team but unbound passion to create something. Let’s move three years back to where it was all started.
