Our Team

Learning & Creativity has been growing and maturing as a one stop resource for all that is associated with encouraging learning and creativity in children, teens and adults.
Learning & Creativity offers the finest literary works, short stories, literary tips, art by kids, articles by teens, creative art, poems, musings, book reviews, movie reviews, interviews, photography… and more!

We started with the objective of encouraging learning and creative pursuits in everyone (from kids to adults) who is passionate about enhancing his/her knowledge and creative output. The idea was to provide a dynamic, robust and visually appealing interactive platform where people of all ages can share their hidden talents – such as writing poetry, short stories, musings, travelogues, or sharing their creative artwork or photography. Each post on our little e-mag has gone through meticulous editing and formatting and has at least one or more illustrations to enhance its visual appeal.

Our dream had first taken shape in the form of a hugely popular literary website named launched way back in 1999. Meghdutam had become a very popular and dynamic platform of budding writers, poets, critics and child artists.

A lot of the excellent and original stories, poems, books and film reviews, writer’s tools, children artwork… etc., that you will find in Learning & Creativity has been sourced from the erstwhile, published between 1999 and 2003.

Along the way, we tied up with Silhouette Magazine, a reputed publication on Cinema and Allied Art Forms, an alliance that brought together a wide range of high-quality write-ups, studies and critiques on cinema, in India and across the world.

Now we are set to go to the next level – to provide high-quality, carefully-sieved content in 3 sharply focused areas – the young audience (kids and teens), the literary-oriented (as a platform to budding and established writers of creative writing) and the serious movie buff (with indepth studies and write-ups on mainstream as well as avant-garde cinema).

The journey is going to be more exciting than ever before for us and our readers!

In our core team each member is taking care of his/her specialized area of ideation, incubation, creation and development.
