This rare & exclusive picture is from the exclusive collection of Smm Ausaja, who has given many priceless pictures for the book.
Very few people know this picture is from the unreleased film Jhankar.

Uttam Kumar did a small number of Hindi films, starting with Chhoti Si Mulaqaat (which he had produced himself). Vyjayanthimala was his co-star in this film.
His other Hindi films are Dooriyan, Amanush and Anand Ashram (in all these three films his co-star was Sharmila Tagore) and Gulzar’s Kitaab (with Vidya Sinha)
