About Fatima Chaudry

Raised in Sydney, Australia, Fatima is currently based in Dunedin, New Zealand and is pursuing her degree in Physiology at the University of Otago. She has a growing interest in cinema and gender studies. More broadly, she is keen to explore the Indigenous perspectives of both, Australia and New Zealand, as far as media representations of masculinity and femininity are concerned. In addition, she is enthusiastic about International Cinema, particularly Hollywood, and Indian and Pakistani media. She is an avid traveler and a musicophile.
