Small cards of color block prints of your favorite stars were always available with road-side candy stores in hundreds of Indian towns.

Those who couldn’t afford the expensive 50 Naya Paisa post-cards could buy these for 10 Naya Paisa which later became 25 Naya Paisa.

These were hurriedly printed cards with cheap ink and careless aesthetics, and yet they had a charm so unique. The colors were basic, dark-ish and stark, unlike what we get to see these days. Presenting one of Deewaar for crazy film fans of 70s, for sheer nostalgia..
