Kaustav Bakshi is Assistant Professor, Department of English, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. He is pursuing a doctoral programme on Expatriate Sri Lankan Fiction in English at the Department of English, Jadavpur University. Apart from presenting papers at several national and international conferences and regularly contributing to academic journals, he has co-edited two anthologies, Anxieties, Influences and After: Critical Responses to Post colonialism and Neocolonialism and Studies in Indian English Poetry.

Krupa Shah teaches English at VIT University, Chennai. She has a PhD in Translation Studies from the Department of Humanities & Social Sciences, IIT Gandhinagar. Her research interests include the cultural and literary history of twentieth century Gujarat, questions of language, identity and multilingualism in South Asia, film studies and francophone literature. Soumyadeep Chakrabarti has been a lifelong admirer of Indian classical music, Rabindra Sangeet and the works of Salil Chowdhury, a love nurtured by his father, Pradeep Kumar Chakrabarti, a sitarist and disciple of Pandit Ravi Shankar, whose vast record collection shaped his early musical world. His mother, Rina Chakrabarti, a published writer of short stories, further deepened his appreciation for literature and the arts. Professionally, Soumyadeep works in pharmaceutical sales promotion. Outside work, he is an ardent devotee of old-school cricket and a passionate admirer of the films of Satyajit Ray, Tapan Sinha and Hrishikesh Mukherjee. Ever in search of all things bright and beautiful, he brings a keen, reflective sensibility to his writing on music and culture.
