That a relation between two women, Jackie ((Susan Sarandon) and Isabel Kelly (Julia Roberts) who love the same man Luke Harrison (Ed Harris) can be so poignant, is beautifully etched in the film. Neither of them try to prove a point, the larger picture of the well being of the family gives rise to a unique relation between two hostile women which teaches us about the strength and fragility of human behavior.

Today’s Motivation
A part of us is aging, the body; however another part is still young, the mind. Learning wonderful new things is an ongoing and a never ending process. The satisfaction that comes along with lifelong learning is immense.
They faced crisis in a way we didn’t. They fought in a way we didn’t. But these women are closer to us in many ways than one… Every time you watch these films, you marvel at their courage, conviction and stoicism. Incredible women who keep inspiring us!
