Talbot (the very handsome Rock Hudson), an American millionaire, has almost lost his girl friend, Lisa (the sensuous Gina Lollobrigida), who has decided to marry another man. As Rock Hudson finds his beautiful chateau turned into a hotel without his knowledge, his lady love thinking of marrying another and a band of girls in his home as “guests of the hotel” and a band of boys camping stubbornly outside, he tries everything under the sun to bring some order into the chaos and woo his love back.
